Information we collect

Your login account details (email, name, profile image), data obtained from the Shopify Partner API you register (app events and transactions, including shop domains and names), GA4 data obtained from BigQuery if you set up the GA4 integration (listing views and traffic sources), and cookies that keep you logged in and remember your language.

How we use it

Only to provide the Service, verify your identity, bill you and answer inquiries. We never use it for machine learning or advertising.

Sharing

We do not share it with third parties except as required by law. We use these processors to run the Service: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments and tax calculation), Google and GitHub (login), and Google Cloud (fetching GA4 data if you set it up). These processors may store data outside your country.

Asking AI

If you set your own API key and use Ask AI, we send the numbers aggregated by App Rings (without shop names, domains or other information identifying individual shops), together with your question and any attached files, to the AI provider you chose (Anthropic or OpenAI). The API key is stored encrypted. Questions and answers are saved to your account only, up to the 50 most recent (attachments by name only), so you can reopen them; you can delete them at any time.

Retention and deletion

Partner API credentials and GA4 integration keys are stored encrypted. Obtained data is kept until you disconnect the organization and is then deleted immediately. To delete your account, contact us below.
